What we collect
What you give us when you apply: name, email, CV, a LinkedIn or portfolio link, current location, whether you can work from the role's location, whether you need a work permit or sponsorship, notice period, expected base pay, your answer to the role question, and where you heard about the role.
What our hiring team adds: stage, notes, interview scorecards and outcome. We do not ask for date of birth, age, nationality, gender, a photo, marital status or past pay.

AI-prepared summaries, human decisions
We use AI (Claude, by Anthropic) to prepare a summary of each application against the role's requirements. A person reads every application and makes every decision. You can ask for your application to be reviewed without the summary.

How long we keep it
We keep applications for 12 months after they close, then delete them with your CV, unless you asked us to keep your application for future roles.
